  Lifelong Sears Appliance guy. Unfortunately order a appliances on line. Order screwed up and it's been a month trying to resolve. Local retail will not help because purchased online. I am dealing with a 800 call center in Philippines. They have debited my credit card with no authorization for additional charges. Been waiting a month to be refunded and was so frustrated I kept the wrong applilance. I Will never deal with Sears again. My guess is they won't be around much longer. What a shame?
